Get Your Badger ID Card

Use your BadgerID to access the following:

  • Activity Center
  • Campus Events & Activities
  • On-Campus Housing (if applicable)
  • Cafe meal plan (if eligible)
  • Library
  • Tutoring Sessions
BadgerID Card

 

  • First Card Issued: $5 (automatically applied to all new Freshmen accounts)
  • Re-issued Card(s): $10 each

1. Take a selfie or upload a recent photo

  • Background must be light-colored (preferably white/tan)
  • Face camera with full face in view
  • Image must be clear and devoid of filters
  • No hats, sunglasses, hand signs, masks

2. Upload Photo 

3. Pick up your BadgerID card

  • If picture is approved, card will be ready within 1-2 business days
  • Pick up in Ephraim:
    • Greenwood Student Center (2nd Floor, Southeast Corner)
    • Registration Windows
    • Government-issued photo ID required for pick up
  • Pick up in Richfield:
    • Administration Building
    • Registration Window
    • Government-issued photo ID required for pick up
