I am currently retired, but taught school in Pittsburg, CA for years. I loved teaching Kindergarten!
I am not able to do a lot now but used to do a lot of quilting and stayed very busy in the LDS Church. I was recently released after serving 2 years as a primary teacher.
I really loved Snow College. I loved the people and the teachers. I often say that I liked the junior college better than the university I attended, Brigham Young University. I liked BYU, but not with the same intensity that I loved Snow College.
I loved the "Stragglers Club" while I was at Snow College. It was a club for students attending from outside the area. It was headed by Miss Philips and Miss Young. There were a lot of parties associated with this club. The club was good at helping students feel at home and bringing them out of their shell.
I was very silly during my time at Snow College. I loved to laugh, play, and act in plays. I am 89 years old and have about 60 descendants in my family.
